How to Use Citrix Workspace App

1. Open the Citrix Workspace app and select "Get Started".
2. Enter the server or email address provided by your IT Help Desk or system administrator.
3. Provide your username and password.
4. Select the desired applications.
5. To add multiple accounts, navigate to "Settings" and select "Manage Accounts".
6. To delete/edit an already added account, go to "Settings" and choose "Store".

How to Report an Issue to Citrix

Please contact your company's IT support team before following these steps:

Option 1

1. Open the Citrix Workspace app and tap on "Settings", then select "Support".
2. Tap on "Request Help from Support" to generate an email with a log file.
3. Send this email to your company's IT support team.

Option 2

1. In the App Store, locate and select "Citrix Workspace".
2. Tap on "Reviews" and then choose "App Support" in the bottom right of the screen.
3. This will launch the Citrix support forum where you can review reported issues.
4. To report an issue, tap the menu icon and create an account if necessary.
